Non Fiction
Advertising work may be fast, fun and furious but non fiction work feeds our souls. We believe fact is stranger than fiction and that real stories are often more fantastical. Therein lies Running Cow film’s niche – We are equally passionate about all forms of filmmaking as they each have a purpose. Our team has travelled the length and breath of India telling stories of micro entrepreneurs, goat doctors and Olympic wrestlers. We have seen the trauma of scarcity of water as well as the joys of solar energy. We have shot with the brightest of children in the slums of Mumbai and traversed the intersections of sexuality and mental health with women. When the pandemic came upon us, we gained unprecedented access to our locked down city and told stories about our warriors. Kalki Koechlin lent our personal work her voice as we questioned the new normal.
Salaam Bombay Foundation
If I get a chance…
Over the years we have had the privilege to make a few films for Salaam Bombay Foundation, and yet every single time, I’m amazed by the power of their work. Passionate and empowered, these children thrive, in-spite of their circumstance. They are the future. This one gives flight to their dreams…

Cards for sharing
There’s nothing quite as simple and beautiful as a candid conversation between friends – Black & White Gingerale’s Cards for sharing bought us all to the same table as we discovered how rewarding it is to allow oneself to be vulnerable.
